Tom brings more than 20 years of management and technical consulting experience to the Dillon Kane Group.
With Deloitte Consulting, Tom managed systems development and integration engagements with large financial exchanges and a wide range of other companies and industries. In his six years as a principal with the Boston Consulting Group, Tom focused on strategic IT issues for clients, including IT portfolio management, organizational redesign, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise architectural alternatives.
Tom’s focus for the Dillon Kane Group includes developing and communicating frameworks that simplify decisions in complex environments; acquiring and managing the skilled talent Dillon Kane provides for its affiliated companies as well as clients; and bringing a consultative level of rigor to the scope and timing of Dillon Kane initiatives.
