Peter is an accomplished corporate attorney with decades of experience making business deals happen from both the legal and business sides of a transaction, both in the United States and internationally.
Peter represents the Dillon Kane Group as its legal counsel in all aspects of its businesses.
Prior to joining Dillon Kane, Peter practiced corporate and securities law for U.S.-based corporate entities including a large U.S. publicly traded diversified energy company. He also worked as a commercial and investment banker in Hong Kong, assisting clients in a variety of joint venture, merger and acquisition, and investment transactions.
Peter is a member of the Illinois State Bar and is a registered Illinois CPA.
