Assist ExtendedCare sales team in providing product demonstrations and other product information to assist prospective customers in evaluating the ExtendedCare solutions. Direct engagement with clients, including solution demonstration, scope of work determination, and RFP/RFI responses. Support sales team in working up bills of materials (BoMs). Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements, in conjunction with the client’s current network and system capabilities, and ensure technical solutions will accomplish the client’s objectives. Work independently, preparing project status reports & formal presentations as required. Requires minimum of BS or equiv. in CS, CIS, Computer Applications, IT related Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) yrs of prior progressive professional experience required, with all five (5) years of that experience in Cisco related technologies like Cisco UC over UCS, CUCM, UCCE, and two (2) years of that five (5) years of required experience in telehealth solutions.
